Do not engage with them until you have verified the contact is authentic. To do this, call us directly at 800-462-5000. Remember to never share your account details, card number, Online Banking credentials, one-time passcode, or personal information (including your Social Security number or driver’s license) until you have confirmed that you're communicating with Empower FCU.
