eNotices FAQs
What is an eNotice?
An eNotice is an electronic copy of paper notices you have traditionally received by mail. eNotices are available through Online Banking. When you sign up to receive eNotices, you will no longer receive paper notices in the mail, though select notices may still arrive in the mail.
Are eNotices emailed to me?
No, to protect your information, we do not email the notice to you. We will send you an email to notify you that a new eNotice is ready for you to view in Online Banking. Once you have signed up for this electronic service, be sure to verify that we have the correct email address within Online Banking. There will also be a link within Online Banking notifying you that you have new eNotices waiting to be viewed.
How long will my eNotices appear in online banking?
You may open and read your eNotices any time. The Notice Alert will continue to display until you have read the notice. You may access previously viewed notices by selecting eNotices from the Green Service menu options. All notices will be available online for 180 days. To keep the list of notices manageable, they will automatically archive after a period of time. Click the "Show Hidden Notices" box to see your archived notices.
Is there a fee to receive eNotices?
No, eNotices are provided free of charge for your convenience.
Can I cancel eNotices and begin receiving paper notices again?
You may cancel eNotices at any time within Online Banking or by calling us at 800.462.5000.
Can I get both paper notices and an eNotice?
