Empower is pleased to announce that Empower Mastercard holders will now see pending transactions on the account history when online or in-app!

 
What is a pending transaction and how will it help me?

When you use your credit or debit card the merchant sends us a request to see if the money is available. These requests result in a pending transaction hold on available funds. It can take a couple of days for the transaction to officially post to the account. Being able to see the details about the pending transactions when viewing your account history increases the ease of account management. This feature has been temporarily unavailable for credit cards and although you could see funds were being held, the details did not display. We have been working diligently to restore this feature. Thank you for your patience and we are excited this functionality is once again available for our Empower Mastercard holders.
