Our app was recently updated in the App Store impacting your PIN recognition and app accessibility. Go to the app store to install the updated version.
This update will require iOS users to re-enable Quick Login. Simply enter your password to login to the mobile app and set up Quick Login. If you need to reset your password, select “Need help logging in?” link to be redirected.
Some users may be able to use TouchID to login, however if the user opts to enter their PIN it will not be recognized on that device and Quick login will need to be re-enabled.
This change is taking place to stay up-to-date with industry programming best practices. No other updates have been made to the app at this time.
